  3. Once deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with suggested packing list, directions to camp and other important information.

  4. Remaining balance is due at Monday morning drop off. We accept cash, check, or venmo.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy

A deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking.

  • If you cancel your session four weeks or more before it begins, you are eligible for a refund of $200 from your deposit.

  • Any cancellations made less than four weeks before the session start date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

  • We are super flexible and understand schedule changes :) Please reach out to us if you need to switch sessions. We are happy make changes.

  • All Processing fees are non-refundable.
